Our vision is to become the social nexus for AAPI professionals in Chicago’s tech industry, fostering belonging, strengthening connections, and driving transformative change in our broader communities.

IdentiTea Collective, formerly known as Chicago Tech Asian Coalition (CTAC), is a startup nonprofit that aims to serve as the cornerstone for building a resilient and inclusive community for AAPI professionals and allies across the Midwest’s growing tech landscape.

Our mission is to create a hub that facilitates meaningful connections for individuals and partnerships among AAPI-focused tech associations.
