IdentiTea Collective, formerly known as Chicago Tech Asian Coalition (CTAC), is a startup nonprofit that aims to serve as the cornerstone for building a resilient and inclusive community for AAPI professionals and allies across the Midwest’s growing tech landscape.
Our mission is to connect, inspire, and amplify the voices of AAPI professionals by creating spaces where meaningful relationships flourish, stories are shared, and opportunities thrive.
